Checked in to a hotel with no running water, sperm on the bed & trash everywhere - they REFUSE to initiate a refund. No one speaks English - no help at all.
PAY FULL PRICE FOR THE HOTEL.

THIS IS SUCH A HASSLE.

I booked a room for 4 nights and was immediately charged. I never received a confirmation, so I contacted my credit card company who confirmed the money was charged. Super.com, however, kept saying it was “voided immediately and you should receive the credit in 3 business days.” What a scam! You get one chance to make a first impression and they failed… miserably.

I usually love their prompt responses and rates offered, but once there’s a problem that requires some specific knowledge they will bump you with confusing answers that in now way help in resolving your issue which isn’t very customer-friendly.

Great price, FABULOUS room and friendly, efficient service. I'll definitely be using Super Travel again and share with others!!

Fast, easy and cheapest option available!!! Everything was smooth from beginning to end. Great stay and easy check in.

I was a little nervous at first using a new site like this, there are soooo many out there! However I was pleasantly surprised when I was updated every few days and was provided more than just an email but printable documents for my reservation. I'll admit it I was nervous walking up to the checkin desk thinking there would be additional costs.

But there wasn't additional charges, the room was ready and nicer than I thought it would be.

Making the reservation was easy, check-in was a breeze,I will definitely use again for future reservations!

It was simple to navigate website. My card was approved in a timely manner. And the room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend to friends and family ??

The service was Terrible I call the front desk in four days and only go a person once we didn’t room service such as changing sheet n clean once in four days the desk supervisor was as nasty as hell I want my money back I will never ever stay at hotel again I would like a refund of some sort

Booked a room through Super Travel for one of Vdara's Secret Suite rooms which are larger and come with free valet. When I got to the front desk they told me the booking was for a regular King room. Even after showing them my reservation confirmation, they told me there was nothing they can do because Super Travel misled the listing. Complete bait and switch and customer service at Super Travel was useless.

In response to Super Travel's request, my order id was B_8228547. I would love to have an open discussion about this matter so that all potential users of the app can see for themselves.

We got a really great rate for our hotel from SuperTravel. It was almost $100 less than from the hotel itself. They also give you text reminders and updates. I'm very happy with this site and will use them again.

The price and how easy it was to book was perfect. Stayed in an awesome room as stated..Super Travel gave the best rates with a great room. Very pleasant stay. All the comfort and convience was a big plus.

I found this website searching discount travel sites. I researched reviews and decided to give it a try. Booking was easy and the price of the hotel was cheaper than other sites. I did need to reach out to customer service, who responded quickly and found the information I requested in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to book through SuperTravel again.

I never had problems and use them often. If I'm unsure if I will be able to travel I use the cancable room rate and pay a bit more. Please be aware that Snaptravel has changed its name an is now Supertravel.

When using the code SIMONR99 on the first booking you even get 10% discount on the room rate/price.

Real wunderfull and beautiful hotel. Because of private reasons we got a free upgrade. Great guy Sergio!! Even a free drink at the bar. Wunderfull view at the 19th floor over Amsterdam. We got a very great experience.

I made a reservation with Super Travel for a 2 night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Marina Del Ray Jan 8 and 9 2023 The hotels Website sent me to Super travel for booking When I checked out I was presented with a receipt from the hotel for $271 less than what you charged me!!!! After many back and forth emails with you I was basically told I did not read the fine print and that although the rate was lower that was just too bad- no refund and no recourse I will never use this service and you should not either
